How do I exchange something?
Doesn't fit? Malfunction? No problem. Just send us the goods back.
Please email us at support@wodstore.zendesk.com with the item you want . We will send you the goods as soon as we have received your return.
You don't need to put any info in the package.
Important: If there is a return/reshipment and the value of the goods in the order is less than €80, the shipping costs of €4.99 will be charged.
1. Create & send parcel label
Create a parcel label with one of these providers: DHL , DPD , Hermes and hand the parcel over to the parcel shop. Be sure to keep your receipt so we can track the package. Send the item back to us with the original packaging and unused. Please use the following address:

2. Don't forget the tracking number
Please select insured shipping from the shipping service provider. In case of doubt, we can understand where your returned package is.
3.Check
After the goods have been received and checked, you will get your money back. Please note: Refunds may take a few days.

Passt nicht? Defekt? Kein Problem. Schick uns die Ware einfach zurück.
- Logge dich hier ein.
- Wähle deine Bestellung und klicke auf Rückgabe anfragen.
- Wähle nun das Produkt, welches du zurückgeben oder umtauschen möchtest.
- Bitte wähle einen Grund aus. Möchtest du z.B. ein T-Shirt in eine andere Größe umtauschen, schreibe die gewünschte Größe ins Feld "Hinweis".
- Wir überprüfen deine Anfrage. Nach Bestätigung schicke uns die Ware bitte an folgende Adresse:

- Wir erstatten dir das Produkt oder tauschen es um. Du wirst per Email darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt.
Nach Wareneingang und erfolgter Prüfung erhältst du dein Geld zurück oder dein neues Produkt zugeschickt.
Hinweis: Sollte das gewünschte Produkt nicht verfügbar sein behalten wir uns vor, dein zurückgeschicktes Produkt zu erstattet.
Rücksendungen aus Deutschland und Österreich können eine Bearbeitungszeit von bis zu 14 Werktagen benötigen.

Where is my package?
Please check your email inbox and look for the shipment confirmation. In this email you will find the tracking link for your package and can track it.

Die Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands betragen 5,99 €. Ab einem Einkaufswert von 50 € ist die Lieferung versandkostenfrei! Sollte es zu einer Retoure/Rücksendung kommen trägst du die Kosten für die Sendung zu uns. Die Versandkosten für das neue Paket übernehmen wir.
Österreich
Die Versandkosten für Österreich betragen 4,99 €.
Belgien, Dänemark, Frankreich, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Polen
Die Versandkosten betragen 9,90 €.
Kann ich meine bestellten Artikel auch abholen?
Nein, eine Abholung der bestellten Artikel kann leider nicht erfolgen.

We use DHL. If we receive your order before 1 p.m., it will usually be with you the next working day.

If you order by 1 p.m., your package will be sent on the same working day and will usually reach you the next day.
